Home Wireless plans are our new range of Home Plans, that offer instant connectivity, unlimited data and premium entertainment so you can enjoy instant, plug-and-play high-quality internet.

When you subscribe to any home wireless plan, you Save up to 30% as follows:

  • Save 20% on Home Wireless Entertainment and Home Wireless Gaming for 6 months.
  • Save 30% on Home Wireless Plus for 3 months

For Home Wireless entertainment & Home Wireless gaming plans, the offer will be available from your 2nd bill cycle until the 7th bill cycle. You will be charged your original plan’s Monthly Recurring Charges from the 8th bill cycle onwards.

For Home Wireless plus plan, the offer will be available from your 2nd bill cycle until the 4th bill cycle. You will be charged your original plan’s Monthly Recurring Charges from the 5th bill cycle onwards.

This service has limited mobility. Once the device is activated, your home location will be assigned as the first usage location and will only work there. If you decide to move or shift locations, you will have to ask us to unlock it so your Home Wireless can be re-assigned to your new location.

If I need to cancel my contract early, what fees will I be charged?

If you decide to terminate your contract before the end of your contract duration, you will be charged with:

  • Home Wireless Plus: A one-month payment of AED 229 + Cost of the device: Device cost/contract period*(Contract period – (1 + number of months spent in the contract))
  • Home Wireless Entertainment: A one-month payment of AED 299 + Cost of the device: Device cost/contract period*(Contract period – (1 + number of months spent in the contract))
  • Home Wireless Gaming: A one-month payment of AED 349 + Cost of the device: Device cost/contract period*(Contract period – (1 + number of months spent in the contract))

Important:

  • All new du Home Wireless customers will receive a router for broadband connection at the time of your service application, including a data SIM with embedded data
  • The service start date will be considered from the date of service activation
  • du Home Wireless charges will start upon activation of the data SIM in the router

Refund: We will refund any credit balance, fees or deposits paid in advance after confirmation that you have fully settled all outstanding amounts. Click here for more information

How long can I benefit from the discounted monthly payment?

If you have purchased Home Wireless Plus:

  • Your charges for the first month will be calculated from the date of activation until the end of the month on the AED 229 promotional monthly charge without applying the 30% discount.
  • The discounted monthly charge for Home Wireless Plus is AED 160 for 3 months starting from the second month of your 12-month contract.
  • After the initial 3-month period, the monthly charge will be AED 229.

If you have purchased Home Wireless Gaming:

  • Your charges for the first month will be calculated from the date of activation until the end of the month on the AED 349 promotional monthly charge without applying the 20% discount.
  • The discounted monthly charge for Home Wireless Gaming is AED 279 for 6 months starting from the second month of your 12-month contract.
